Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays (excluding pre-orders)

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume releases, pre-orders, promotions, or live break events.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • Shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • PullnHits is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Pre-Orders & Combined Shipping

  • Pre-order items ship once inventory is received.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.

  • We do not guarantee partial shipments unless explicitly offered at checkout.


Risk of Loss

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer

  • PullnHits is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once in carrier possession

We strongly recommend selecting shipping options that include tracking and insurance when available.
