Welcome to PullnHits (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The website it operated by Pullnhits LLC throughout this site. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pulln-hits.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it.

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on pulln-hits.com.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity conducted under it.

2. Products & Services

PullnHits sells collectible products, including but not limited to:

Trading cards
Sealed boxes and packs
Breaks, rips, and randomized products
Pre-order items

All products are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.

3. All Sales Final / No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason once an order is processed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Cancellations & Restocking Fee

Order cancellations may be approved before shipment, at our sole discretion.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Orders that have shipped or been fulfilled cannot be canceled.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-Order Terms

Pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Release dates are estimates only and subject to delays.
We are not responsible for manufacturer, distributor, or shipping delays.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled before fulfillment with a 10% restocking fee.
Once a pre-order has shipped or been allocated, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Breaks, Rips & Randomized Products

All sales involving breaks, packs, boxes, or randomized products are final.

Once a product is opened, randomized, or revealed:

No refunds
No cancellations
No exchanges

Odds are not guaranteed, and Pulln Hits is not responsible for outcomes.

6. Product Condition Disclaimer

All products are sold as-is. Packaging condition is not guaranteed, particularly for sealed products. Minor cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order is shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.
Pulln Hits is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

8. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if we suspect:

Fraud
Abuse of policies
Excessive chargebacks
Bad-faith disputes

Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to these Terms may result in account termination and further action to recover losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on pulln-hits.com—including logos, images, text, graphics, and branding—is the property of Pulln Hits and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulln Hits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our Site or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulln Hits from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our products or services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which PullnHits operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
